工作描述
- Provide technical support services & products quality assurance & preventive maintenance service
- Manage the service enquiries & products inspection
- Manage the products' warranty & technical support with Manufacturers
- Provide the products damaged claims report
- Assist to create trouble shooting services videos, presentations and documents in order to to train and enhance service skills of the service team
- Ensure & keep the full service & parts replacing record & claims of each products
- Ensure all service procedures up to Enviornmental & OSH Policies
- Generate the anaylsis service reports for management to review the products performance and highlight abnormal data of claims and services regularly
- Track and consolidate product / quality related issues and report to Technical Manager
- Assist in providing technical solutions and solve out those damaged claims with customers
工作條件
- Degree or Higher Diploma holder in Mechanical/ Electrical Engineering / Building Services Engineering or related disciplines
- Self-motivated, responsible, able to work independently
- Good Command in Chinese and English
- 2 years or above in repair and maintenance in heavy industry facilities/ treatment plants preferrable
- Proficiency in Microsoft office, MS project and Autocad drawing
- Good team player with good communication and interpersonal skills
