AP Rentals Group (the Group), Wing Hing Construction Co., Ltd. (Wing Hing) and Hong Kong Airport Authority (HKAA) have accomplished the replacement of mobile standby generator project. The generator was handed over to HKAA in the Handover Ceremony on 6 February 2024 in Airport North Runway to work as a backup mobile generator for airport facilities.

In this project, the Group and Wing Hing’s staff demonstrated professionalism in planning, production, testing and installation. These include a well communication with HKAA, in-depth analysis of the project, and several site visits to the airport to formulate the most suitable mobile power supply solution; closely supervise the production process of the mobile generators to ensure that the generators and related equipment are capable of meeting the requirements of the project; and conduct multiple tests on the generator to ensure its quality and stability.
